Job Description

Linkvada is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join our expanding team. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our client relationships. Your primary focus will be to understand our clients' business objectives, coordinate with internal teams to deliver on these objectives, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients and act as the point of contact.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Understand and keep up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
